To connect to WiFi, you will need to select the correct network from the Android Network & Internet settings.

What happens when you try to connect through that process?

I click the network WiFi and then I am taken to that URL and then before that login page loads I am redirected to the mozzilla page that bocks access. Sometimes it allows me to accept the risk and continue, but other times it won't provide that option. I find it very confusing.
