When I load a web page which includes a video of any type, firefox crashes.

I have the following:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 3.20GHz Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Display Adapters: ATI Radeon HD 5600 Series System Device: ATI I/O Communication Processor PCIBus Controller and SMBus Controller Program: ATI Catalyst Install Manager

I would very much appreciate help with this matter.

Most Firefox crashes are caused by corrupt or incompatible add-ons, so this is the first thing to check if you ever have any other problems.

Disable all your add-ons then clear the cache and then restart Firefox.

If that fixes the problem, start re-enabling the add-ons one at a time, restarting Firefox after each one until the problem returns. The last addon you re-enabled could be the cause of the crashes.

than you

Tried it all, nothing works. I am considering changing my ATI video card.
