How do i delete or erase websites or e-mail addresses from my browser history?
when i go to a site for example paypal it will appear in my browser history so if i want to back i can just click on the down arrow and go there well my ? is how do i delete or erase websites from the browser history that i do not want on there?

You can delete any single entry, or you can customise what you clear including all the History or just forgetting about one site.
Possibly you need the forget option. That removes all the info about a particular site but does not stop you saving info in the future. Another useful option sometimes is Private Browsing: that stops information being stored in the first place.
