I want to send a colleague the long list of emails I have in a certain contact list. I could list them in the body of the email, but she would have to type them all into her own address book.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
