I am locked out of sxxxxx@bigpond.com and telstra cannot fix it
I have two email addresses with Telstra Bigpond. The primary address is cxxxxxxxxxxxx@bigpond.com and this is working fine. But I have a secondary account: sxxxxx@bigpond.com and I am locked out of it. Telstra have been unable to fix the problem and we suspect it has something to do with Thunderbird.

Can you explain what 'locked out' means?
