Videos don't play. Now go to Chrome and may just give up on Firefox. Too complicated to figure out if this is plugin problem and how to solve. Videos used to work fine in Firefox unitl new version.

Tried to watch episode of Parenthood on NBC and Hulu. Commercials work then on NBC get message "unable to establish connection." On Hulu get nothing after commercial.

What anti-virus and firewall do you run? Does the issue occur if you disable both?

I use McAfee for both. I'm not willing to disable them. Most recent problem is that to listen to NPR I have to go to another browser. I'm sorry to have to leave Firefox, but since last version loaded, I can't do things. I would like to go back to the earlier version of Firefox.

You can try changing the value of Network.http.max-connections -> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.http.max-connections

It was recently turned up to 256 from 30 and has been causing some problems. Try setting the value back to 30 and restart Firefox and test
