Can I restore my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar by copying files?

My computer crashed, and I updated to Windows 7. My old files were backed up. I downloaded Firefox, and I would like to get my old bookmarks and bookmark toolbar. Can I do that by copying/replacing files?
