Steps I've taken to try to fix the issue. 1. I've cleared all cookies/cache/history 2. I verified that network.dns.disablePrefetch is set to True 3. I started Firefox in safe mode 4. I've made sure Firefox is up to date 5. I've tried modifying security.tls.enable_0rtt_data to both True and False and reset firefox after each attempt. 6. I am able to get to google using any other browser but Firefox is having issues. 7. I am able to ping google and google dns from cmd. 8. I've tried clearing local dns cache and trying again but no luck. 9. I've uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, still no luck. I cannot use google.com or use services like Crunchyroll that use google to login.

Visit about:networking#dnslookuptool in the address bar and try to resolve a google site.

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

I had this set to "No proxy"

Using this I noticed that it was pushing to the wrong IP address. After a complete wipe where I manually go through and delete all the remaining files after an uninstall, I was able to connect to google.com.
