cant drag tabs or bookmarks

i wasn't able to drag tabs at one point like i could drag windows but not tabs

also in davinci resolve a video editor, i wasn't able to drag media from a section onto the timeline

if i restarted my laptop, the issue disappeared for around 30 minutes and came back

i switched to windows 11 and the issue went away for a few days but came back. i dont know how to resolve it permanently

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

hi so i thought the issue was fixed

but it happens everywhere in Windows in todo list where I cant drag lists

in Davinci Resolve video editor where I cant drag media to the timeline

for some reason i can still drag the actual window

why do you think its like this?
