This isn't a support forum but user to user help forum. You can search online on how to user a Browser as well.

This IS a Support Forum. Just search for "Support Forum" in the Search Support box and make sure Help Articles Only is selected. As you will see, there are a lot of articles about Support Forum.

Heck look at top where it says "Home / Support Forums / Firefox / ..."
