Thumbnail failure

The thumbnails on the Firefox page used to take me to the thumbnail home page. Recently this became inconsistent, now the thumbnails try to take me to their home page but the process stops. I have already refreshed Firefox and that did not help. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. The thumbnails come up but their functionality is still broken. How do I fix this problem?

Hi kfarley1, Assuming the sites will load in other browsers -

Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can
