You can use a policies.json file to disable access to the developer tools.

I have NO idea how to use this info at ALL. How do you execute or install this info? You seem to be doing a stall, why? Send me ways to do all of this if it will fix the problem? All you are doing making so mad I am ready to try to make your Bower useless for all so no one will want to try to use it. Why are you doing this to me? I tried to use the data and could fine any thing that would help. PLEASE HELP! This is not right. You have no right to do this to me. Dennis LIndsay

I can NOT believe this replay. You have NOT given me any way to fix my problem. Are you going to help give me help or BS, or just give answers that can help? I am begging you for help. Dennis Lindsay

So that we can try to find an alternative solution (should there be one), it would help to understand what is wrong with the developer tools component of Firefox.
