Firefox works on AT&T DSL but won't connect on my hotspot

Just bought a new Consumer Cellular ZTE mobile hotspot to cut the cord with AT&T. Firefox has always worked with the DSL and now when I turn on the hotspot and connect it won't, keep getting "server not found" retry connection. I have exhausted several checks and it still won't connect. I have Windows 10 and Internet Explorer connects up with no issues. I don't want to have to use that!

As soon as I go back to the DSL it all works. What am I missing?

Also, there's a Manual available there. https://www.consumercellular.com/Content/PDFs/Manuals/ZTE%20%20Mobile%20HotSpot%20-%20User%20Guide.pdf

Also, there's a Manual available there. https://www.consumercellular.com/Content/PDFs/Manuals/ZTE%20%20Mobile%20HotSpot%20-%20User%20Guide.pdf The manual received with the unit was the same as on the website. How about reading the Customer Reviews? https://www.consumercellular.com/Info/PhoneDetails/676/ZTE-Mobile-Hotspot#reviews Customer reviews were evaluated prior to purchase. My info was on the inside under the battery and labeled very well and the manual said if it was not available inside use the LCD display and settings to acquire it. My issue is everything works correctly using Internet Explorer but when I try to use Firefox (my first choice) or Google Chrome both say "server not found/retry connection" whereas they worked without issue when using my DSL thru a wireless router. My computer is set up correctly and connects to the hotspot with no issues.
