How do I export my Thunderbird address book using csv format? Other answers have said I need to select a specific address book to export. When I click on the address book, it opens. I choose export but there is no option to select a specific address book.

I tried sorting the all addresses by address book then selecting(hightlighting) all the addresses from one address book but that did not work either

In Address Book, make sure View/Layout/Directory Pane is checked so you can select an address book. If you can't see the View menu, right-click near the top of the window and enable Menu Bar.
