Why is logging in so difficult for me?

My username is not "davidlemond39" it is "Dnomeld". I created this account in the hopes of resolving my loggin frustrations. Those being, I always have to get a password and the username email request from you guys. I don't know how long it's been since I have logged in as "Dnomeld". But the problem is also with this account. Instead of going through the requests I usually get frustrated because I have to log in to do anything (even a support ticket) which means that as I fail to be able to log in as me then I also get no support. So, here I am logging in as 'not me'.

  1. You mean you are having difficulties logging into this site i.e. support.mozilla.org? Or some other site?
  2. We have had issues with password rest on this site in the past but coincidentally I just reset my password on Thursday for my 'rtanglao' userid and had no issue.
  3. The only thing I can think of is that you have an add-on in Firefox interfering with logging in. I would suggest uninstalling any add-ons you might have in Tools->Add-ons and letting us know if that helps!
