How do I edit bookmarks in Firefox 9.0.1

When I upgraded to 9.0.1, Firefox reorganized my bookmarks and moved a number of them down to the bottom as "unsorted bookmarks." Right now, the only way to get them back into the list and alphabetize them is move them one at a time, which is unacceptable. Not only that, but if I go to the Library (Getting there, I might add, is completely counter-intuitive.) the bookmarks I'm talking about don't even show up. Fixing something like this used to be trivial; now, it seems impossible. Does anybody know a quick way to do this?

You can select multiple items in the usual way with the Shift cursor Down key or with a Shift left-click and a Ctrl left-click or Ctrl + A to select them all.

OK, that did it, although it wasn't exactly clear that you could only do this in the Library. Firefox really needs to have its documentation read and edited by somebody who's only familiar with it as a casual user because there's too much that's left out because the writer thinks it's obvious.
