I bought a new PC recently, which includes new hard drives and everything. Sync was always turned on on my old PC that I used until I switched to new one completely. And now when I logged into my Firefox account and tried sync, to my surprise, NOTHING synced. I've lost all of my saved passwords and bookmarks that I've been storing for years literally. Please tell me that there's a way to get those back somehow?

Now I'm reading somewhere that when you reset your Firefox account password, it removes all your bookmarks and passwords and everything from the account, which is what I did on my new PC because I couldn't remember the password. Wow, just wow. What a stupid way to go about these things. I did not see any sort of clear warning that THIS might happen if I was to reset my password. I would be trying for days rather than resetting because I had some valuable bookmarks and stuff in there. Well, thanks I guess, Firefox.
