Can the "Tab Closed" pop up be changed?

Dev team,

Please look at closed tab pop up and notice how it blocks the bottom tab from being closed. You cannot close the bottom tab until pop goes away, makes closing multiple tabs annoying.

Can you please mame it so the pop up does not block the close tab "x" button?
