Moving tabs (left-right arrangement) doesn't work

Trying to move a tab to the left/right to re-arrange them and it doesn't work. It looks like tabs are not movable at all. Restarting FF with addons disabled doesn't solve the problem.

Were should I look or where to raise a bug ticket? Thanks.

Weird stuff - left computer on for night, firefox on too, and in the morning was able to grag the tabs around.
