How do I close just a single tab from among multiple tabs. I always get a message warning me that I will be closing all tabs. Sometnig simple I'm sure. IE gives me an automatic choice of single or multiples, so I have taken to using IE which unfortunately crashes a lot. Thanks

Probably you don't have a (x) button in each tab, if you have it you click it and close easily the tab you want. So you must modify Browser.tabs.closeButtons

type in the address bar about:config

then press the button i'l be careful i promise

then type in the bar browser.tabs.closeButtons

then right click on it, select modify and put 1

exit firefox and restart-it.

thank you
