hi the name of my account is geral@dday-productions.com and my server is mail.dday-productions.com my computer is a mac osx version 10.9.2 whenever i try to open thunderbird i get the message: "failed to connect to the server geral@dday-productions.com" whenever i try to send a mail i get the message: "ending of message failed. An error occurred sending mail: SMTP server mail.dday-productions.com is unknown. The server may be incorrectly configured. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again." i didn't alter any of the settings will wait for your feedback thank you
