This is a difference between the video codecs that Firefox supports and those that are supported by the stock Browser on Android. Firefox mobile is working on supporting such codecs. This may be included in part of Firefox 16. For now they should play if you have a Jelly Bean or Ice Cream Sandwich device and you use our nightly build. You can download it from http://nightly.mozilla.org
