I am using Firefox 14.0.2. Each time I open the software It shows "Not Responding" and hangs there. I tried to solve it by disabling add-ons,plugins. But none of these helped. When I go to task manager to close it forcefully, I found that 3 process is running in the name of Firefox. I don't know is it normal or not. Sometime Firefox works but it causes pc slowdown, hang pc, graphics failure.

Please help me on this issue. I don't get any crash Id or troubleshooting info .

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
