I am not a computer nerd. I do not know HOW to make settings changes on my computer. I have EVERYTHING I want to use on a daily basis on my tool bar. I.E. icons for Aazon, EBay Spell/edit, Flickr, facebook. I had a note come up that said I was due for a Firefox update, so I did it. Once it was done EVERYTHING was gone off my tool bar. My home page has been changed. And the search engine was changed. I do not know where they went, I do not know how to get them back. I do not have the time to mess with this aggravation. I have actual work to do, I SHOULD NOT have to spend time to make my computer work every time I have an update. You did NOT give me a upgrade you gave me a DOWNGRADE and I do not appreciate it. I am going to have to pay to take my computer to have some who knows computer set everything back the way I had it before you gave me this last downgrade. 4NOV11 - This is an update to my question that has no answer. I have solved the problem with Mozella Firefox - Here it is - I have stopped using it - so all my problems are solved! I use a different browser and search engine and I have everything I need and it stays exactely like I want it.

This guy said it perfectly. I have much better things to do with my time than try to figure out how to reset all the icons I established over weeks of work. Your methodology Sucks, and the extra work you cause me Sucks! QUIT screwing up my settings!
