Hai provato anche in Modalità Risoluzione dei problemi? -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/modalita-risoluzione-problemi-firefox

Nota: è possibile anche avviare Firefox in modalità Risoluzione problemi tenendo premuto il tasto Maiusc mentre si avvia Firefox.
