Hi, I'm using both Linux and Windows on my computer. I've got problem with firefox sync, on Windows I'm using program like IDM and also use it's extension on Firefox. Meanwhile, on Linux this extension is useless. If I turned it off while on Linux, when I relogin to Windows, this extension also get turned off, I understand this is due to Firefox sync nature, but its so ineffective if I've got to turn it on and off while switching between OS.

Is there any workaround for this?

TIA

Chosen solution

Some data can not be synced between different systems/browser versions. Sync only passwords and bookmarks. Anything else may not be compatible.
