Can Thunderbird allow 2 users on the same email account see when the other person opens or replys to an email. The user upstairs will reply to an email. The downstairs user needs to be able to see that the email has been answered or opened. The office is set up with IMAP email. Thank you

Your question seems to ask whether Thunderbird is capable of detecting whether another user is opening, or has opened, or replied to an email, and to set some automatic indicator on each users system to reflect that action.

This may be a feature of some corporate email systems, but AFAIK this cannot be done in Thunderbird.
