I down loaded cell tracker for 69.99 it said that the app was free when I purchase the app it didn't let me log in to start so I neva got an chance to even use it will the sever let me try again or refund my money back into my account!!

You will have to ask them as the only Android app that Mozilla has on Google Play is the Android version of Firefox.
