Are you talking about Novosoft Handy Password? http://www.handypassword.com/login_password_manager_terms/mozilla_password_manager.shtml

You should contact them about whether they have a toolbar that is compatible with Firefox 3.6.3 for that older version of Handy Password. http://www.handypassword.com/support.shtml
