I can't hear sound on youtube

Up until a couple of days ago I was not able to hear sound on my youtube while using the firefox browser. I can watch videos from other sites with no problem with youtube I cannot hear anything. I've tried reinstalling firefox and adobe flash player and making sure they are both up to date but still no sound. Need help.

This is strange there are two places that I would check first. The Volume Mixer controls the sound control in Windows 10, check Firefox's volume level. Second try these troubleshooting steps:
