I checked community and tried every single suggestion like; I did disconnect all devices and reconnected desktop version first and then synced with my iOS one, didn't work for me.

It seems this is a known bug, the solution at the moment is you should go to the iOS app - settings - Firefox account and just turn the logins off and on! Now I have my all passwords synced with my Firefox iOS. I hope it get be fixed some day!

To clarify, can I confirm you are signed-in to the same Firefox account both on your desktop and your iOS device, following the instructions in How do I set up Sync on my computer?
