Where do we go for real help? we are not robots but human beings needing help
I have an Hotmail email address and a gmail email address and want to link them both but outlook is a real problem. unable to even get into Hotmail email, I also want to link both Facebook accounts and this is a nightmare. Why is using a computer becoming so complicated for human beings.... It appears that there is an ASS-U-M-ption that we are all robots

I notice your browser identified itself as a Microsoft browser. Were you having trouble using this site in Firefox? If so, could you describe the problem?

What is the problem getting into Hotmail?
By now, if you enter http://www.hotmail.com/ you will get redirected to one of the new interfaces, either https://mail.live.com/ or https://outlook.live.com/owa/ depending on what Microsoft wants to do with your account. Can you tell which one you're on?
