BUG: Menu or Popup Menu in Bookmarks toolbar don't work properly when ff is put in second monitor. it just disappears quickly when popup, so it must be a bug for FF.

Win7 X64, FF 9.0.1 To repro you need two monitors:

  • Open FF
  • Move FF to second monitor
  • Click 'Alt + F' to show file menu, it will disappear very quickly.
  • The same as Folder(s) in Bookmarks Toolbar

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Thanks. It's solved by your suggestion, but it works fine in my primary monitor, only occurs in second monitor, here's my HW info:

CPU: I7-930 @2.8Ghz (8CPUs) Memory: 12 GB GeForce GTX 480, Driver version: 285.67 Displays:

   1. Dell E248WFP  @1920*1200 (native)
   2. Dell E197FP(* primary) @1280*1024 (native)
