come da titolo vorrei inibire accesso firefox da pc che non si accende più e devo mandare in assistenza.

Ehhh... se non si accende non si può fare nulla.

Se invece ti riferisci all'account Mozilla e ai dati sincronizzati, basta che da un'altra postazione cambi la password di accesso -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/attivita-sospette-sul-proprio-account-firefox Ovviamente ciò che è salvato sul PC non verrà comunque modificato.
