Hi, We are a small business seeking assistance on how to fix this error for our website. We have tried to correct this error on our own, yet unfortunately, we are unable to.

How soon can we resolve this? We hope someone can respond back to us ASAP!

This is the error we are having every time we are searching for the website.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?

Please provide a public link (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !

Hi, Thank you for your response. The error we are still experiencing is a Warning issue when we go to our website.

It says "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead"

ERROR CODE: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

We never had this issue until we input Canva's DNS settings in our Google domain settings. When we checked our domain settings on Shopify, it now says "SSL PENDING".

We hope we can resolve this asap. Thank you.

See this link. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-does-your-connection-is-not-secure-mean#w_ssl-error-bad-cert-domain All it says is: Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for that particular site. Information sent over this site could be at risk, so the best thing for you to do is contact the website owners to correct the problem.

You will have to find out why the certificate "is not valid for that particular site". Perhaps the following site can help (remove blank space in link). https://www.ssllabs. com/ssltest/
