Yesterday, I asked someone to go to my business website and she got an "Untrusted" warning. I was appalled. She was using Firefox. We have a very reputable business. Can I get this problem fixed? It is scary to think people are not gong to our website because they do not think it is safe.

hello, there will be a reason when firefox shows this warning - you can test if the certificate for your site is properly set up at a site like https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
