How do i disable private browsing?

more options

Or maybe you know of a different solution to my problem.

Basically, I'm using my netgear router to block websites from my employees. It's working on Chrome (incognito and normal) and FireFox... but FireFox's private browsing is going around it and not blocking it. I want to remove FireFox completely because of this but I still find it useful for what i need it to do.

That doesn't sound like the built-in behavior. Private windows do not save history locally and the tracking protection feature blocks certain tracking servers. Private mode doesn't change how Firefox connects to the network.
