how do you delete add-on " auto full screen"?

it is to difficult to swipe just so-so to get the Firefox screen back to normal. This app needs more work on it to make it simple to return to normal screen. The concept is valid, but the app does not operate smoothly. At this time I would like to delete this add-on. "auot full screen". Thanks for your help.

This might be different on your device, but on Gingerbread...

Menu > More > Add-ons

Tap an add-on and two buttons appear: Disable and Uninstall
