Firefox wont send an order from Eu (Autria) to USA (Florida)

Hallo, I have a Newsletter from a publisher in Florida and e-Mail contact so it is a genuine, well known company. Firefox did send my subscription, no problem but subscription order form for Mastercard pay, received per E-Mail firefox is not transmitting. On inquiry, Mastercard said there was no rejection or transaction with my card. I think a software issue the company would know as I saw there adds in Singapore StraitsTime and in the EU. so if they are doing business in many countries then my issue must be a unique one. Could it be a setup problem ie security, or politics to purchase from US? Before I purchased my retail OS online from USA. Firefox has no business in subscriptions that comes from the site or online publisher you signed up with that does that. You need to contact the online retailer you use and find out what going on with your subscriptions.

Hi Dropa, Thanks for the speedy reply. As I mentioned I am in contact with the company and they may think the issue is on my side while I think the issue is within the return address in the order form. I also used an other browser. Same thing. So it's a dead end. The last chance is getting a bank check and post it. Hopefully there is no logistic issue. Many thanks, have a nice evening Alf
