Firefox 15 reporting EVERY site as not trusted

Firefox is reporting every site as untrusted connection. Even www.mozilla.org and then even after I add an exception 4 hours later I have to do it again for EVERY website

I have verified; Date/time Safemode Completely deleting FF and all registry files leftover files

How do I delete this one? It was double posted when trying to re-add the exception for mozilla.org
