I am trying to print a calendar off of the My Church Events website and there is no longer a printer icon on the Firefox screen so I set page orientation and print calendar. How do I do this?

right click a blank area of the toolbar, click Customize. You'll see the printer icon there. Drag and drop it to where you want.

You can also find this option under View -> Toolbars -> Customize.
