Yes it doesn't seam to matter where I log into paypal ebay alibaba it always crashes didn't used to do this started a few months ago, I used to love firefox but this is getting way way old how long will go on before there is a solution??? getting disgusted with trying to use my favorite browser as I ebay and alibaba a lot...

That is most likely caused by the WangWang plugin (ww-plugin) that shows in your plugins list.

I CHECKED AND I DO NOT HAVE THE WANGWANG PLUGIN. IF I USE FIREFOX TO TRY AND LOG IN, IT WILL CRASH EVERY SINGLE TIME. HOWEVER, IF I USE INTERNET EXPLORER, IT WILL WORK FINE. NO PROBLEM.

Did you look an the about:plugins page and in Tools > Add-ons > Plugins ?

In your above post system details I can see as the first entry of the installed plugins list the ww-plugin.
That is the WangWang plugin that I'm referring to.

PERFECT. I WENT TO TOOLS>AD ONS>A LIST OF THE PLUGINS POPPED UP AND THERE WAS WANGWANG. I CLICKED THE DISABLE BUTTON AND AM NOW ABLE TO SIGN IN TO ALIBABA. GREAT SOLUTION. THANKS A MILLION. TONY

i have this problem when logging on to google, youtube (kinda the same thing but still) and hotmail which is really annoying me cause i cant check my emails. It doesn't work with IE either, that crashes. Safari works dut it doesn't pick up style sheets to its all white page black text. At the minute the only way I can check emails is through my own browser that i made in VB. I've looked for this plugin but no luck. Done everything you say but i just can't find ww-plugin.
