Firefox is already running, but is not responding on my Admin account, but running fine on 2 local accounts.

MS Windows 11 just updated (02/14/24) and now Firefox keeps giving me the 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

 <Close Firefox>  <Cancel>.  Task Manager is showing three Firefox activities at the same time.  This problem is only on my Admin user account.   The two other local account run Firefox fine.  Any help, suggestions directions?

Using: PC W11 [v 10.0.22631 Build 22631] & Mozilla Firefox v122.0.1 (64-bit)
