This would normally only happen if the website only supports older TLS version like TLS 1.0 and 1.1, these days a website should support TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Did you possibly disable either of those via the the about:config page ? 

security.tls.version.max = 4	
security.tls.version.min = 3
