top of web page sometimes gets cut off

Once in a while, after browsing many pages, the top of a page will be cut off, and it will stay cut off unless I scroll to the bottom and then back to the top. I suspect the problem is related to Android 12 (I'm using a Pixel 4a), because I don't remember seeing this with Android 11.
