cannot connect to the search engine I use
FINALLY, after 10-15 min of searching & almost giving UP and almost looking for ANOTHER browser, other than google . . . .like maybe opera or safari. I have tried brave & didn't like the page setup. also tried waterfox & didn't like it well enough to stay. but if you keep changing things as you have & making it harder for me to contact you I might HAVE to install another browser because it is getting harder & HARDER to just type a message to someone I FINALLY FOUND THIS where I can message you. one thing about brave was they didn't seem to have the menu bar at the top which I like. I DON'T WANT to try to talk to anyone in some FORUM. YOU answer to my problem here. that is much EASIER.
NOW on to the CURRENT PROBLEM: I DON'T use search engines that YOU have most of the time, like duckduck or Result Hunter although the latter is the4 default engine. I USE 4search. now I JUST downloaded the latest firefox update and NOW I CANNOT connect to 4search, nothing comes up. the other engines DO though.
I HAVE not yet tried to restart the computer . . . maybe that will fix it??? OR do I need to try restarting with all firefox addons disabled????
and I remember that I USED to be able to go BACK to an EARLIER edition of firefox but NOW I don't SEE that option ANYWHERE. I DIDN'T HAVE this problem of not being able to use 4search earlier today or yesterday or any other time, but only NOW after installing that new version of firefox.

Do you blame Firefox for turning off some website? Can't understand this question.
I blame them for it being different now and harder to contact them. I USED to be able to post feedback directly to THEM. I din;'t have to try hanging out in some forum.
and now I suppose thereis some internet glitch ot the democrat globalists are starting top block/sensor info & shutting down some sites as we knew was coming from them. it won't work for long though.
I cannot connect to 4search in any way. they have quite a few different searech engins, conservative, Christian and about 1/2 dozen others with the 4search in their address and none will connect, so could be the democrats & rinos . . .globalists are committing more crimes & trying to stop the flow of conservative info as we knew was coming. so, no I don't blame frefox for that probably. but they ARE making it harder to contact them, or impossible and I will look around AGAIN for another browser.
thanks for replying. and, I won't be back because it is time consuming to do this, I have been at this now for an hour or so & have stuff to do.
It seems to be back online now. Maybe they were doing an update or something. Since you have Windows 10, it's convenient to double-check sites in Microsoft Edge. No need to research new browsers for that.
