Unable to log into Xfinity.com

I am unable to log into xfinity.com. I can log into my account there on Chrome and Edge so the assumption is that it is a Firefox issue. I've cleared my cache, site data and cookies in Firefox but that didn't help. I've run an IPV6 test and scored 10/10.

Not sure what to do next.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
