Where to I find the time that I open a website with Firefox? For example, I go to Verizon Support, and the Verizon Chat Agent is trying to find a solution. I have waited over an hour, and conveniently for Verizon, they cannot even let me download the chat in text or email. I'd like to know how much time I spend with Verizon (website) trying to get a solution to my problem.
