I must open this website to access my mails. https://mail.enterprise.china.alibaba.com/

It is Chinese, before I had no problem with it, but now it opens, but I can't login. I can type my mail and password, but when I press "login" nothing happens. It is is indicated on the top bar that "connection is not secure", so maybe it has something to do with it. I have already tried to clean Cache and cookies, and tried to open using other browsers but also didn't workout.

Regards, Yuri

Are you sure you're logging on the real site? You could have ended up or been redirected to a phishing website that looks exactly like that.

If you say It is indicated on the top bar that "connection is not secure", this means your session isn't encrypted and you're not on a HTTPS page.

That's why you can't log in.

I guess you should write to the company's help desk and try to troubleshoot the problem with them.
