I cant remember password. They always deny anything after 2 attempts. This is the second day I am without help. This is terrible customer service. You need a phone number to get hold of a LIVE person. Everything is synced to firefox and now I have no way to get it. HELP I have a phone number.....why dont you?

Mozilla doesn't provide telephone support. This is the only place for support at the moment. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. By the way, please do not post personal information in the forum. It will only attract spammers. I've went ahead and removed your phone number for your privacy and security.
